should 16 year olds drive?

i think that 16 year old should not drive because most of them talk in the cellphone and are not cautious enough.they try to maximize their rides and when they crash they lost all that money. people like her need to pay a lot for insurance. i do not know y but they do. they just want to get out and drive by that age.fatalities may reduce if they do not drive at that age.

teenagers are not that responsible enough for driving at that age because they are distracted easily by cellphone and other things.u would not say all teenagers are not precautious because i think most percentage is.

most teenagers race at the streets and some of them die there because they loose control of the wheel.

summer school

i think that this summer school is going to be cool because its half class and half fun.its more fun like that than doing all class.i always thougth that summer was all studying but once im here i think that the future summers are going to be fun here!
